By using the weblog on The Maranacook Area Schools system, you agree to and will abide by the following terms and conditions.
POSTING COMMENTS
When posting a comment, adult community members must provide their first and last name along with the town of residence in the Name field. In the URL field adults must add a valid email address since we may feel the need to contact your to clarify or modify a statement. First and last names and town of adult posters will appear on the web.
Students should provide a first name only in the Name field. In the URL field, students should list first and last name and school. Only the first name of the student will appear on the web.
Since this is a moderated Weblog, no comment will be posted until it has been approved by the moderator of that blog. Maranacook Area Schools reserves the right to NOT post any comment for any reason.
LIABILITY
Maranacook Area Schools is not liable for any damages related to the use of this system.
Maranacook Area Schools does not make any guarantees, either written or implied, as to the usability of this service for any purpose.
Maranacook Area Schools will not be held liable in any manner for loss of data resulting from the use of this system.
Maranacook Area Schools reserves the right to end this service at any time.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You will not use any services provided by Maranacook Area Schools in any manner which is illegal or violates anyone’s rights in copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. By Posting to the Maranacook Area Schools Weblog, you are representing that you are the owner of the material. Submitting material that is the property of another may subject you to legal liability for theft of identity.
